The RCSD Foundation hosts several events each year that are both fundraisers and "friendraisers."

Whole Foods Market event raises $4,500

On September 14, 2011, Whole Foods Roseville donated 5% of its net revenues that day to the RCSD Foundation. Thanks to the families in our district, the Roseville community, and to Whole Foods, we raised $4,500 this year, compared to last year's $3,700! Superintendent Rich Pierucci, along with School Board Trustee Hallie Romero, thanked shoppers during the lunch hour, as did other foundation board members during the evening mealtime rush hour. It was great to see so many families from throughout the district represented and saving up their shopping and dinner purchases for this special day! Our students, teachers, and staff appreciate your support!

Whole Foods Market Event

Save up your shopping for Sept. 14 at Whole Foods Market, when 5 percent of net sales will be donated to our students and teachers through the Roseville City School District Foundation!

Last year, this event raised $3,700 for our schools, which went toward the $20,000 in grant funding the Foundation awarded to teachers and schools throughout the district for programs, activities, and technology needs.

Help us spread the word so we can offer this popular grant program again this year. We'll see you there Sept. 14!
